Devon is one of Kelsey's friends that lives a few blocks over from us. She really is a great girl (even if I am the only one that thanks so!!!). She had been a wonderful friend to Kelsey over the last few years and I am sure they will be able to enjoy many more years of great friendship together. She turned 14 yesterday and a few of us had the pleasure of sharing a wonderful Mexican dinner with her. The dinner came complete with whipped cream smashed in her face. Devon,
